Autism Behavioural Services was founded in 2007 by Freya Hunter, an approved Senior Therapist, who is passionate and dedicated to helping children with autism live their lives to their highest potential. Freya has over 20 years experience within the autism field, supporting children, teens, and adults. For 8 years she ran services in ABA and IBI from her home office, but due to increased demand, she has been able to open a Centre in Fergus and Orangeville, Ontario. Both Centres are fully equipped to accommodate clients with all types of needs. The therapists at Autism Behavioural Services goes through an intense hiring process. Freya has pulled together a highly effective team, who all share her ultimate goal of making a difference in the lives of children with autism, behavioural challenges, and their families.

WHAT’S YOUR NEXT STEP? NextStep Support provides day, evening, weekend, and holiday programs & services for young adults with support needs. We have full-time and part-time fee per service options. Our day programs provide opportunities for engagement at local libraries, community and recreation centres, fitness centres, and a variety of city attractions and places of interest. Our services are designed for youth and young Adults 18 years+, with a complexity of needs and circumstances and who may be diagnosed with: ASD/autism, developmental exceptionalities, ADD, FASD, ABI and/or face emotional, behavioural or social challenges. We deliver our services at a location specific to each individual, whether that be at their home, school, day program, or residential program. We create individualized, client centered STEPs (Structured Transition Engagement Plans), to facilitate the delivery of coordinated services.
