Working with neuroscientists, psychologists and organisational change specialists I have developed a process that taps into the very evolutionary biology with which our minds are wired. My A.C.E. process circumvents the need to “get it right” since most people have no idea what to do when they find themselves looking down the lens. This is so much more than the headshots you’re used to. Through a series of simple visual cues, I show you how to evoke the qualities and values your company is founded on; helping you communicate your shared vision as you move forward into the future.
