Welcome to our ‘Not famous but known’ Bagel and Schmear shop. Before you even step foot onto our checkered floor, the savory and unmistakable smell of fresh bagels wafts through the air. From opening to close, our production team and ovens run at full tilt, churning out fresh hot bagels every twenty minutes. Between bakes, you’ll find our staff dancing and laughing with customers. This is how we started back in 2020, baking in our home kitchen with our pandemic-pod friends. We rolled dough through clouds of flour, danced between boiling and baking, and devoured the hot bagels before they touched the plate. We perfected the art of ‘Grip, rip, and dip!’ Soon the neighbors wanted some. A friend’s mother-in-law called in an order. Before we knew it, we were perfecting our craft in a commercial kitchen and setting up shop in Westport, CT, and soon after, NYC. The goodness keeps rolling out across new locations and popup events. Despite our rapid growth, we still embrace each store as our kitchen party with friends gathered round. So come dance to our music and make friends with your neighbors in line.
