Supporting families at every step We aim to help individuals overcome stigma, understand their identity, build self-confidence and skills and contribute to a more cohesive society. POPS is committed to building a continuum of care to support families at every step of their journey through the criminal justice system. We operate across the UK and work closely with European partners to influence both national and international policy, while also contributing to research that shapes the future of criminal justice reform. We believe in the power of lived experience, and we are committed to ensuring that families have a central role in our work. Whether through membership on our Board of Trustees, volunteering, paid employment opportunities, or participating in our family forums, we actively encourage family members to contribute to the continued development and growth of our charity.
