Pop Display Frames Information

James and Melanie Brown are adult collectors who wanted a way to display their collection without damaging the figure packaging and looked stylish on the wall. As they searched the internet for a solution, they were unable to find a display frame, so James began designing and building wood frames for their personal collection. In February of 2014, they formed Pop Display Frames, Inc. with the goal of changing the way action figures and other collectibles are displayed. On February 18, 2015, James obtained a utility patent for the United States and International PCT. With the assistance of engineers, they found a more cost effective method to produce the SELECT frames in a paintable plastic with a clear back. These plastic frames specifically fit the SELECT style action figure, including Diamond Select, Marvel Select, Jay and Silent Bob Select, Universal Select, and all SELECT packaging with spinal art. Custom wood frames and cabinets are available for other action figure lines and other collectibles. Please contact us for more information on custom displays.
