Crystal Bay Pools is family owned and operated. We have four Certified Pool Operators (CPOs)—technicians who have been specially trained and certified to provide a clean and healthy pool and spa environment for their customers. Our CPOs are also insured and bonded, so there’s no question about responsibility or liability. Our headquarters is located in Marathon, the “Heart of the Keys,” and we operate throughout the Keys from Key West to Key Largo. We believe good service and commitment to our customers is the formula for our success. Our goal is to provide personal service to each of our customers by creating a safe and healthy place to swim. We place a premium on courtesy and respect. We always listen to your concerns regarding your pool or spa. We make ourselves available to all our customers seven days a week for any emergency.
