Since commencing operations, we have trained employees and leaders in Matrix Leadership, Engaging Leadership, and Collaborative Working across Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia, and provided coaching for leaders and aspiring leaders in all regions of the globe. Participants are engaged in a learning process where we partner, guide, share new ideas and techniques, and it is the student's responsibility to bring it to life, with the support of post-program coaching, and online cohort forums for ongoing sharing and co-development.
