Pon Management Traineeship Pon is an international trading and service company engaged in a wide range of activities. The company has over 450 branches across 32 countries. The Management Traineeship of Pon is about having the freedom to develop yourself and build your own career. Within Pon you can decide your own path. You are constantly challenged as you complete four projects in various disciplines. Your projects are with different Pon operating companies, both at home and abroad. Typical trainee projects are found in the field of Marketing, Sales, Service and Supply Chain. As a Management Trainee you will complete four projects in 20 months' time, at 4 different Pon companies. You can work at one of 450 branches of 80 Pon companies located in 32 countries The first project is selected for you by the Talent Development Manager. You yourself are responsible for selecting your remaining three projects. The third project is a sales or service assignment. You will discover the true roots of Pon, and you will have many customer contact experiences. The Management Traineeship is designed to help our future leaders develop their management competencies. Pon aims to prepare trainees for a Management Team position in five to seven years after they have completed the program. During their final project trainees will start looking for a challenging first position. Typical roles for management trainee graduates are account manager, product manager, branch manager or team leader in sales, service, marketing or supply chain.
