Pomeroy Environmental Services (PES) is an independently owned and operated environmental consulting firm. Brett Pomeroy, President/Owner, has 15 years of professional experience in the environmental planning field with an emphasis in environmental compliance pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). PES prepares environmental documents including: Categorical Exemptions, Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Mitigation Monitoring Programs, Environmental Impact Reports and Addendums. While his experiences and qualifications are diverse, Mr. Pomeroy also specializes in the preparation of technical studies in support of CEQA/NEPA documentation. Specifically, Mr. Pomeroy has extensive experience in the preparation of technical studies associated with air quality, greenhouse gases, community noise and vibration, human health risk assessments, and shade/shadow graphic presentations. Mr. Pomeroy possesses a broad understanding of environmental and regulatory issues that affect land development in California and has studied numerous projects for high density residential and mixed-use development projects, commercial office complexes, educational/institutional campus plans, regional shopping malls and regional entertainment and sporting facilities.
