At Plastics Plus we sell a large range of plastic containers, with access to more than you would find at Bunnings or Kmart stores. We also have a number of home grown products such as our Easy Pour Jug which is suitable for a variety of chemicals and oils. We also sell a big range of agricultural equipment to assist in grain handling on farm including an innovative hopper design to fit easily under your silo whilst being attached to your auger. So whether you're after Tupperware style containers for the kitchen, industrial tubs for the fishing or mining industry, we may just have it. Plastics Plus is located in Albany, but also has dealers throughout the Wheatbelt. We can also post all over Australia.

The APF is a Federal organisation dedicated to advancing the industrial interests of members, with State branches in Victoria and Western Australia. Membership is open to Principal Class Employees in the Government school sector of the two constituent states. We exist to protect and support members in employment related matters, and much of our activity is in industrial representation, advocacy, advice and support in dealing with issues such as complaints, conflict resolution, discipline, remuneration, superannuation, contract renewal, workcover, conflict of interest and performance matters to name a few. We provide support for our members working in difficult situations and strive to improve their conditions of employment.

Renewable energy sources are becoming increasingly more significant to our planet with non-renewable sources of energy constantly depleting. Solar energy provides a measurable contribution to the global reduction of CO2 in the atmosphere and has fewer pollution risks by comparison with other energy sources. Meridian Plastics are committed to reducing our carbon footprint wherever we can. We have installed the largest solar system possible at our premises, being 190 commercial grade solar roof panels all feeding into our almost 60kw system. As an indication of what this means to the environment, we produce between 80 and 90 megawatt hours per annum - (that is 80-90,000 kilowatts) which is equal to approximately 60-80 tonnes in reduced greenhouse emissions! It is difficult to picture exactly what this means, but by comparison, 1 tonne of CO2 is the equivalent energy to power a diesel car 6000km. Strategic Use of Solar Power
