We're a South African AI-first problem-solving, production, & development studio building integrity infrastructure for the agentic economy. Everyone else is making AI smarter. We are making it accountable. As the cost of generation collapses toward zero, the scarce commodity is no longer fluency: It's proof. Prompt engineering, RLHF, & retrieval all constrain AI after generation. We constrain it at the source. Our approach is Identity Architecture: Agents that operate from a persistent, cognitive identity rather than statistical mimicry. We prioritise working from verified source materials, reject prompts that would require invention, & are architecturally capable of the one thing most AI cannot do: Saying no. SALT is our first commercial proof. SALT is a listings engine for ecommerce product content, with an AI-first product management system underneath. It ingests fragmented manufacturer data like URLs, PDFs, & spec sheets; normalising it into a canonical product record, then produces structured, localised, retailer-mapped listings at scale. The difference is who checks the work. Musashi, our identity-constrained writer, cannot invent specifications; the source record is the only truth it may use. Our separate deterministic validator independently assesses Musashi's work, passing or failing every single listing. Results so far: • 1,500+ listings deployed on leading ecommerce platforms • Every listing ships with a verified pass grade • 30–45 seconds per listing (10–50x faster than human copywriting) • Hugely improved discoverability & commercials in client case studies (+121% impressions, +89% detail-page views, −71.4% on promo, +4pp margin, & ad spend only +0.7%) Built in Cape Town.
