Polymorphism Information

Polymorphism is a small senior software team. Since 2003 we've built large systems for government programmes, enterprises and growing businesses — and then run them, for years. The people who design your system are the people keeping it live. What we do: cloud platforms and DevOps (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise Java, data engineering and practical AI, web and mobile, and modernising legacy systems without the big-bang rewrite. Proof, not promises: we build and run GoodFlexi, the flexible-work platform behind BeyondJobs, live across the UK, California and Oregon. We led development on Innovate UK's Innovation Funding Service — it's open source, so the work is public. We built infrastructure for the NHS's Care Identity Service. We also ship our own tools: candor (capability maps and CI gates for AI-written code — candor.poly.io), and open-source developer tools ebman and pgman.
