Polygrade is an AI-native claims management platform for the home warranty industry. We run the full claim, from first notice of loss through final payout. Triage, coverage, authorization, parts, and payments are each handled by purpose-built AI agents built on a multi-agent architecture. Polygrade runs on top of the systems carriers already use. There is no new tool to log into and no workflow to rebuild. For carriers, that means the severity of a claim is understood before anyone is dispatched, which means fewer unnecessary truck rolls, less leakage, and shorter cycle times.
