PolyCera® membrane products, a PSP.US, Inc. brand, set new standards in performance and total cost of ownership, aiming to deliver the highest quality of treatment with unrivaled reliability at the lowest total lifetime cost through the reduction of OpEx and CapEx. Engineered with Nobel Prize winning chemistry, PolyCera membranes are made with organic metals, leveraging the unique properties of this material to produce robust membranes with high permeability, rejection, fouling tolerance and a higher operating temperature range capable of tackling the most challenging applications. These membranes also deliver stable performance under extreme pH, temperature, fouling and chemical conditions. PolyCera membranes feature a Spiral Monolith design, which takes the best of polymeric, tubular and ceramic membranes to deliver exceptional operational performance characteristics and provide customers with the lowest total cost unmatched by any commercially available membrane. PolyCera membranes are oleophobic, hydrophilic and fully back-washable, reducing downtime for chemical cleaning while minimizing the need for chemicals and labor. They are manufactured using conventional production techniques and can be delivered in all standard form factors for conventional cross-flow systems and are fully adaptable for retrofits or new build systems. In July 2020, PSP.US, Inc. acquired the assets of PolyCera, Inc., the developer of these highly differentiated membranes, and continues to market these products under the PolyCera® brand. With current installed capacity exceeding 30 MGD, PolyCera membranes have been used in a wide range of markets and projects including: Clean Energy, Fossil Fuel Energy, Industrial Wastewater, Process Separation and Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment.
