Polonus is the national coach operator providing passenger transport services in regular communication of local, long-distance and international. The strategic Polish carrier, being a State Treasury company, services nearly 40 lines, connecting major urban and tourist centers with Warsaw. Polonus' services - based on transport bases in Warsaw, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki and Piaseczno - benefit over 2 million passengers annually. Polonus has a continuous sale of promotional ticket pools at prices of PLN 5, PLN 10 and PLN 15, and provides discounts up to 30% on a return ticket or a fixed 50% discount for children and students aged up to 13 years. Western Station, from where national and international connections are carried out, is the largest bus station in Warsaw and one of the largest in Poland.
