The plant manufactures and sells pharmaceutical substances produced using the methods of chemical synthesis, biotechnological synthesis, and extraction form chemical raw materials. The major part of these pharmaceutical substances is used to ensure the robust supply of raw materials to the parent company Polysan. Polisintez's other partners and clients are the biggest plants in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. The underlying principle of the work of Polisintez Ltd is to provide customers with high-quality, effective medical products, maintain and constantly improve the company's quality management system built in accordance with the ISO9001-2008 requirements and GMP rules. In 2015 Polisintez Ltd was entered into the All-Russian Register Book of Honor as one of the top Russian companies.
