As a passionate epicurean and informed amateur of cognac, he was already the perfect ambassador of the spirit when attending high society dinners. THE POLIGNAC QUALITY AND STYLE Specially crafted in conjunction with a talented team of more than 250 grape growers from prime areas, it quickly became a highly respected cognac house, gifted in the art of cellar mastering skilfully aged eaux de vie.
