Pole4Fit Ltd. was founded in 2009 and have since been providing high-quality classes in different forms of fitness, dance and acrobatics. We operate in three locations: Pasila and Kamppi studios in Helsinki and Olari studio in Espoo. Pole dancing classes from beginners to professionals. Circus themed lessons - Aerial hoop, aerial rope, silks, floor acrobatics, Chinese pole etc. B ody conditioning : Aerial yoga, Pilates, workout and stretching classes, as well as courses and workshops in various themes. All of our coaches speak fluent English! Pole4Fit provides great facilities for pole dance, aerial yoga and circus training - Take a look at the timetable and find the perfect classes for you. All of our studios offer pole dance classes for learning pole tricks to pole flow and choreography. Pole4Fit Kamppi offers great deal of circus classes like aerial hoop, aerial rope, silks, trapeze, Chinese pole and floor acrobatics. Aerial yoga classes are held in Pasila and Olari. Our classes are suitable for everyone; no previous experience in sports is needed (if not mentioned otherwise). Men are also welcome to our classes! We offer drop-in classes for adults and 10-time courses for adults and kids.
