Proudly reimagining the idea of fast food, Aloha Poke Co. quickly packs hand-caught ahi tuna, Patagonian salmon raised without antibiotics, and other clean, simple, responsibly-sourced ingredients into beautiful, delicious bowls. Starting as a food stall in downtown Chicago’s French Market in 2016, Aloha Poke has grown to 17 locations throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic.

Our mission is to fuel life through freshness. We strive to provide a culinary experience that is fresh, accessible, and naturally craveable. Premium-grade freshness is our sweet spot. Sweetfin is a healthful, chef-driven, California inspired poke concept that uses local produce, sustainable fish, and innovative ingredients. In 2015, Sweetfin was created with the goal of providing healthy, nutritious and flavorful bowls and a more approachable way for diners to enjoy sushi. Our fine-casual restaurant concept takes all the familiar flavors of sushi and puts them in an easy to eat, portable, customizable, and affordable bowl. Our culinary philosophy is centered in our “Pole to Bowl” ethos which means that in sourcing our fish we aim to use the highest-quality and most sustainable raw fish we can find while still maintaining a reasonable price point. This philosophy extends into all areas of our offerings - from our produce to our sauces and even to the ingredients used to infuse our teas. Our uniquely designed stores take on the same philosophy as our food - high quality, sustainable and locally-sourced where possible. We partner with local artists and craftsman's to create furniture pieces, art, and fixtures that are distinctive to Sweetfin.

Raw fish - a delicacy on its own, it makes one of the strongest key ingredients in so many different regional cuisines. Each culture does it differently: Japan has sushi and sashimi, Latin America has ceviche, Italy has crudo and Scandinavia has gravlax. Hawaii has poke. We fell in love with poke after trying it for the first time on the West Coast. Fresh, healthy and delicious, poke took all of the best components of sushi and put them in an easy to eat container. Let’s just say we couldn’t stop at eating just one bowl..
