Proudly reimagining the idea of fast food, Aloha Poke Co. quickly packs hand-caught ahi tuna, Patagonian salmon raised without antibiotics, and other clean, simple, responsibly-sourced ingredients into beautiful, delicious bowls. Starting as a food stall in downtown Chicago’s French Market in 2016, Aloha Poke has grown to 17 locations throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic.

What started in 2016 as a single San Jose location with fewer than 20 employees has grown into a Bay Area staple, now spanning over 17 locations and 200 employees and we’re just getting started! As we expand beyond the Bay Area, reaching new communities as far as Florida, our mission remains the same: to serve fresh, high-quality poke while fostering a sense of community, sustainability, and innovation. Every bowl we create reflects our commitment to sourcing responsibly, supporting local businesses, and honoring the roots of Hawaiian poké while bringing our own California-inspired twist.

The UAE's First Poke Bowl Restaurant . Poke Poke is the first poke restaurant in the UAE. Our concept is a collaboration between American founders Justin and Jeremiah - US military veterans, fitness professionals, and international entrepreneurs. Our approach to food is driven by a passion to capture a self-reinforcing niche market using our exceptional social capital and superior product. We are committed to utilizing the synergy between food, lifestyle, community, and our natural environment by embracing the large scale holistic movement taking place in the food and beverage industry. By implementing these principles and maintaining integrity with our community, Poke Poke has organically generated a large customer base that has been consistently expanding prior to opening and continues to grow across the globe.
