Poise Ventures Information

Poise Ventures is a privately held alternative investment vehicle led by Val Katayev. Since 2009 it invested into dozens of startups, mostly in high-tech, media and education. The fund has also been responsible for fully financing three start-ups with two exits. In addition to equity, Poise Ventures invests into debt originated across P2P/Marketplace Lending platforms. Much of those loans are managed by Prime Meridian Capital Management, an affiliate of PV.
