PointOne% is a people-focused organisation & community fundraising initiative - we support a variety of good causes both big and small, all around the UK. We pool donations together and use our network to support various groups, buying things they need to make a difference in the world - examples include animal shelters, mental health groups, local sports programmes, disability support, initiatives to help tackle elderly loneliness and supporting vulnerable people to reenter society. By joining us, you agree to donate 0.1% of your salary per month. As an organisation, we then pool this money together and support a variety of individual causes, charities and positive projects all around the UK. To work out your monthly contribution, simply times your yearly salary by 0.001, and then divide that number by 12. (0.1% of a £20,000 salary = £1.66 per month) (0.1% of a £40,000 salary = £3.33 per month) (0.1% of a £60,000 salary = £5.00 per month) Each month, we post about our donations so that you can see all of the amazing causes that your money has helped to support, and the people that it's gone to help. This is a great way to support multiple causes without breaking the bank - plus, no matter how much you earn, we all pay the same (comparatively) amount.
