Pointer Remote Information

Pointer Remote was created to connect forward-thinking employers with exceptional talent from across regional, rural and remote Australia. For years, we championed the value of remote workforces — building diverse, high-performing teams and creating meaningful pathways to employment no matter where people lived. Our mission has always been to remove geographic barriers and open doors to opportunity. As the community evolved, so did the conversations. The people who gathered around Pointer Remote grew into a national network of leaders, founders and professionals seeking connection, peer support and a stronger voice for regional Australia. What’s next? The Pointer Remote community is now transitioning into The Connection Table — a dedicated national network designed to support regional, rural and remote leaders with: • monthly online events and professional development • stronger networks and cross-industry connection • pathways to leadership, influence and new opportunities • a supportive, values-aligned community that genuinely backs each other While Pointer Remote’s original mission remains something we are deeply proud of, the future of this community now lives at The Connection Table.
