A woman-owned business started by Consuelo Faust in 1979, R&M has become a San Francisco tradition. We offer a full schedule of drop-in dance workout classes at the beautiful, state-of-the-art ODC Dance Commons, as well as local community centers. Rhythm & Motion emphasizes the joyful spirit and open expressiveness of dance.
