Point Productions is a consortium of media professionals dedicated to producing informative and educational projects on the Internet and CD-ROM. We have the skills and the resources to work with you to create programs that utilize the most appropriate new technologies to deliver your message. We will be your partner in developing these programs and more. Point Productions is about people; a group of highly skilled individuals whose three decades of collective experience includes having started and sold successful software companies and video production companies; produced hundreds of video programs for education, industry, healthcare, and consumer markets; created, marketed and sold several interactive multimedia CD-ROMs; and created a presence on the Internet via the World Wide Web for organizations in the arts, health, education and public policy. Point Productions started business in January 1994 with the production of an instructional videotape and interactive CD-ROM that would teach non-technical people how to use the Internet. The Internet for Everybody enjoyed success and was sold to International Data Group (publishers of Computerworld and PC World among others) in May '95. Clients include Civilization Magazine, The Library of Congress Associates, The Massachusetts Audubon Society, Simon & Schuster Custom Publishing, CD Solutions.
