Point B Realty turns 10 years old in the Summer of 2019. In those 10 years, our independent, boutique firm has grown from a three-person startup to more than 25 people, and Point B is now consistently ranked in the top three real estate firms on Martha's Vineyard -- for both luxury sales and vacation rentals. For the last five years, Point B Realty has been named the Best Real Estate Company on Martha's Vineyard in the annual Best Of The Vineyard awards, handed out by Martha's Vineyard Magazine and based on voting by its readers.
