We created Pocketlife because we enjoy life, and could never find a personal concierge service we liked! So we decided to go out and build one ourselves. We wanted to create a unique, exclusive and very personal concierge concept. A place where excuses, delays, and disappointments have no place. A company where people actually remember your name, your preferences, and your tastes. So we assembled an A-team of customer relationship experts. Not just reservation takers. But people who really care. The kind of folks you might call up every so often just to say "Thanks guys, you made a difference in my life". Next, we partnered up with some amazing service providers all over the globe. Not just partners, but the right partners, at the right time, in the right places. And that's what Pocketlife is all about. Because at the end of the day, the most important VIP in the world is you. And we're going to put the "P" back in VIP!
