Pocket Herbs & Produce offers the finest micro greens, culinary baby leaf herbs and speciality greens to fine dining establishments, caterers and retail grocers throughout Eastern Australia. Our greenhouses are located just north of Byron Bay, NSW where we focus on growing the highest quality, gourmet micro greens and herbs, using our hybrid hydroponics growing process which follow the principles of organic food production. We grow our crops in a controlled environment greenhouse using sustainable agricultural practices. These practices involve soilless growing techniques and the collection and re-use of rainwater; no fungicides, or chemical pesticides are used in growing the products. A large proportion of our power is from Solar PV panels and our management and staff use chemical free composting toilets!!
