The company was founded in 1993 by a team of specialists qualified in social & economic systems management, who worked in Academy of Science and Defense Industry Institutes, USSR. Originally being specialized on Primavera Software selling, PMSOFT ‘s become very successful in Project Management supply services in Russia, CIS and Baltic States.
