P.M.P. also provides municipal consulting services to local Boards of Health. At the present time, our office provides technical review services to the Halifax Board of Health and as-needed, services to the West Bridgewater and Hanson Boards of Health. These services include the witnessing of soil testing, technical review of septic system design plans, construction observation and other typical health agent functions. With the publication of the Massachusetts Department of Environment Protections Stormwater Management Policy, local conservation commissions are using independent consultants to evaluate the drainage design and storm water management components that are part of the permitting process. P.M.P. Associates, LLC has provided these technical review services to the Holbrook Conservation Commission as well as the West Bridgewater Conservation Commission and is discussing similar services with other communities.
