Just What Is It? - “An Intense Business Simulation” - “High Energy” - “Leadership and Interpersonal Skills” - “Relevant” - “An Emotional, Sometimes Life-Changing Event” PML Leader's Challenge is a management and leadership training program unlike any other. Through an interactive, participant-based non-traditional training exercise, an environment is created that helps participants to better understand their own leadership style; be prepared for the unknown; recognize the need for change; and become a more effective leader. Your managers face real interactions with real consequences daily. PML provides them the opportunity to learn who they really are, how they will respond in high pressure situations, and ultimately recognize the consequences of their decisions - good or bad. This two and one-half day real-life situation allows participants to learn from experience BEFORE mistakes occur in the work environment that damage your employees’ trust and confidence. PML focuses on creating positive interaction with employees. It helps to sensitize management to the needs and behaviors of employees, and to understand that perception is reality, regardless of intent. Why PML?
