Fatty amides are fatty acid derivatives with the primary function of migrating to the surface of finished products providing slip (reducing friction between films and between film and converting equipment) and anti-blocking (preventing layers of films from sticking together) in primarily the packaging and film application, and anti-scratch performance in the automotive industry.
