PMB is an integrated healthcare real estate partner for health systems, hospitals, medical groups and universities. We specialize in the development and management of ambulatory care facilities including medical office buildings, outpatient, clinical and academic facilities and parking structures. PMB began in 1971 as the western regional office of American Medical Buildings, a publicly-owned, Milwaukee-based developer of medical office buildings. In 1988, the company acquired American Medical Buildings’ western operation and formally became Pacific Medical Buildings. We have since grown to be one of the leading and most experienced developers of outpatient healthcare facilities in the country.
