Principal advisor to the Commander in managing a force consisting of over 50,000 personnel. • Secured the $100M compensation package by developing and executing a strategic communications plan by routinely briefing Congress and OSD. • Extensive network throughout Headquarters USSOCOM, their Components and Theater Special Operations Commands.  Business Development: • Winning capture and proposal manager on multiple contract solicitations valued at over $100M. • Participated in winning proposal reviews on multiple solicitations over a 10 year period. • Developed effective pricing strategies to win contract awards beating proposed revenue stream over the life of the contracts. Program Management: • Successfully managed multiple contracts culminating in managing one of the largest Special Operations contracts valued at over $55M. • Excelled in client delivery and success stories were used in multiple other contract proposals as the standard. • Developed a benchmark process for international support to US Special Operations Command.  Strategic Communications: • Developed of a successful Firm network to position itself for contract awards. • Developed a global network of subject matter experts and senior defense officials to shape future business opportunities and assist clients. • Unseated incumbents with effective strategic communications strategies with clients and teammates.
