We offer classroom-based, online and virtual classroom training in AgilePM, CMI Change Management, Certified Local Change Agent and Agile Change Agent, all of which are accredited by APMG International. We are proud to be the only provider of the Agile Change Agent certification in Australia and New Zealand. Kerrie has 20 years experience delivering projects, programmes and portfolios, mainly within the agile space. She is an experienced Business Analyst and Change Manager and brings her experience to the class room. Whether you are in the classroom or completing an online course, we aim to ensure that cohorts gain the real world experience needed to enable you to work effectively in your organisation. Our courses are delivered with you in mind, providing flexibility around your normal day. Virtual classrooms include breakout rooms, so delegates have the opportunity to complete tasks in groups and discuss content. Two-way video gives a more formal classroom feel, and delegates can ask questions directly to the trainer. All of our courses gives you the opportunity to complete your exams at point of training. If you want to take an exam at a later date, we can cater for your needs too. Virtual and online courses provide e-book manuals, and classroom-based courses provide both e-book and paperback manuals..
