Project Management has played an important role in defense, aerospace, construction and engineering, but it’s increasingly being applied in areas such as IT, banking and finance, disaster relief recovery, climate change, telecommunications and mining. In PMI’s 2013 Project Management Talent Gap Report – an industry study of 10 countries – it’s been predicted that there will be more than 41.5 million project management roles by the year 2020. China and India will lead this growth, generating approximately 8.1 million and 4 million project management roles respectively. It’s a great time to be considering and preparing for a future career in project management. Our experienced trainers have studied and worked in their respective fields in the EU, U.S. and worldwide for a minimum of 20 years prior to joining PMW. Furthermore, their experience covers the gamut from banking to business/finance to the architectural-engineering-construction (AEC) field to manufacturing and production and more. Their expertise affords them the ability to contour the workshops to their audience, explain the material in the participants’ industry-language, and provide the participants tools they can use in their day-to-day jobs.
