PLV Construction are a reputable, friendly and affordable building company offering solutions to all your building needs. We work with a wide range of clients from private homes to commercial builds. Reference: PLV Construction worked on 3 contracts during the construction of the London 2012 Olympic Schemes. During their time with us, PLV were an extremely knowledgeable contractor who aided in meeting problematic time scales, which included unsociable hours. We found that all staff members worked extremely hard, efficiently and were highly skilled in various areas of construction. As a result of utilising PLVs knowledge and expertise, we were able to administer the contracts to tight time scales and under budget. We have built a good relationship with PLV and look forward to working together on future projects. GL Events Reference: PLV Construction Ltd are currently constructing a two storey extension on the side of my house to accommodate my elderly mother in law and a single story extension to create a utility room. I have found Mr Keen to be very professional in his approach to the work and straight talking. I was presented with and agreed to a formal contract prior to the job commencing, detailing the work to be carried out and the payment terms. I have only been asked for payment at the completion of each of the agreed stages. I have found Mr Keen and all of the people he has employed to be competent, polite and considerate. Due to the nature of the site (red clay) and recent weather conditions they have all had to work under extremely difficult circumstances. They turn up on time and put in a full day’s work.
