The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC) is a global organisation with a network of experts committed to creating social change.
TSIC has offices in the UK, Ghana, Hong Kong, India and the Middle East, and works with a network of 30+ consultants internationally. Since founding in 2008, we have supported more than 500 clients across 30 countries, including organisations such as UNICEF, Save the Children and Oxford University Press.
Our work focuses on helping organisations understand, design and scale impact. We work with clients to align capital, policy and practice in service of communities, enabling more equitable, measurable and systemic change.
TSIC envisions a world where organisations are driven to maximise social impact, equity and inclusion, where people and planet can flourish alongside profits. Our mission is to enable clients to better understand their impact, innovate and scale, while influencing systemic change so that diverse groups are brought together, heard and valued equally.
TSIC is part of a wider Impact Collective alongside Renaisi and The Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP). Together, we combine global insight, community expertise and place-based experience to support organisations to design and deliver lasting social change.
In 2015, TSIC UK became one of the 62 founding B Corps in the UK, certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. As part of our social responsibility, we dedicate 5% of our profits to social change projects and 3% of our staff time to pro bono work. TSIC is also a member of AVPN, a funders’ network based in Singapore committed to building a vibrant and high-impact social investment community across Asia.
