Due to using natural cross-laminated timber (CLT) in combination of modern insulation materials and ventilation and cooling system, the internal environment is healthful. Use of CLT makes our houses also CO2 neutral throughout building life-cycle. The solution reaches annually to plus-energy balance, combining low energy consumption with building interated photovoltaic system. Simply said, we use architectural PV panels to suit seamlessly with our buildings. We produce prefab floor, wall and roof elements which makes possible to erect fully waterproof building in 1 to 3 days. In this way we save the valuable time for clients, real-estate developers and builders. The solutions are developed and tested in cold climate zone and optimisation is made for milder climates.
