Plusline was founded in 2018 with a clear goal: to transform tissue packaging into a more intuitive, efficient and sustainable system through innovative technologies capable of creating real value for the market, simplifying operators’ work and improving production performance. Since 2020, the company has been part of Futura Spa, sharing expertise, technological vision and the commitment to bringing increasingly advanced solutions to the market. Today, Plusline operates through three strategic locations: - Bologna, the company’s engineering and management headquarters; - Lucca (Mugnano), dedicated to production, testing, and machine trials; - Green Bay Showroom within the Futura North America facility, serving as a key hub for the North American market, where a dedicated pilot line is available for demonstrations, shows and tests. The experience gained in engineering and technological design has enabled the company to develop solutions that stand out for their compact footprint, allowing a more efficient use of production space, as well as for their fast and intuitive automatic format changeovers, enabling operation across a wide range of formats and configurations. Over the years, Plusline has developed several solutions dedicated to tissue packaging, including Together, Pluspack, Overpack, Overlayer&Tower+, Pluspack FBO, and Case+. A complete system of machines designed to integrate seamlessly into the production flow, helping create an efficient process focused on operational continuity.
