POP Welcome to Plus One Placements, or as I like to refer to it as POP! I aim to create a flexible approach to the traditional ‘Staffing Agency’, at POP I can offer a fully tailored 360 recruitment service to fit around both client and candidate. CLIENT Why POP? At Plus One Placements I aim to provide a fully transparent candidate sourcing service to clients ensuring candidate’s suitability to not only the role outline, but for the culture and ethics of the client’s business. It’s essential for me to understand my client’s needs and requirements then matching to suitable candidates through advertising on job boards. In addition, I have a vast network of contacts built up by over 20 years’ experience from working within the office support staff recruitment sector. CANDIDATE Realise your potential! When engaging with candidates I meet everyone in person at a convenient location to where you’re based thus reducing the stress of arranging time away from work commitments. I can organise a face to face registration meeting within hours of initial engagement thus resulting in your CV being presented to the client ahead of the competition. Our meeting can take place inside or outside working hours, it’s totally flexible. My aim is to assist and inspire you, help realise your potential and be the successful candidate during the selection process. THE TEAM Just the two of us at POP, myself and Peggy the Cavapoo, if you love dogs she would be more than happy to join us during our meetings and registrations, however generally can be found curled up in her bed or spending the day with pals at doggie day care!
