plumeblanche Information

plumeblanche provides Operating Partner leadership focused on execution, value creation and delivery under pressure. Working with PE investors, Boards and management teams in situations where performance matters, complexity is high and outcomes are non-negotiable. This is hands-on operating leadership — accountable for results, not advice. We lead turnaround and performance improvement, value creation plans (VCPs), operating models, carve-outs and separations, TSAs and integration. From stabilisation through to exit readiness, we restore control, protect value and keep momentum. Engagements are execution-led and outcome-focused. We operate in-role or embed alongside leadership teams, with clear ownership, pace and accountability defined upfront. Typical mandates include: > Turnaround and performance improvement > Value Creation Plans — design and delivery > Target Operating Models, core platforms and MI/BI > Carve-outs, separations and TSA exit > Merger integration and synergy delivery > Interim CTO / COO roles > Preparation for sale, separation or next phase of ownership plumeblanche provides judgement at pace. We understand how businesses actually run, where value leaks during execution, and how to manage complexity without slowing decisions. We lead the work that needs to get done, allowing management teams to stay focused on BAU. Led by senior operating leadership with 25+ years’ experience across PE, FTSE 100 and S&P 500 environments, with prior roles at Accenture and The Coca-Cola Company.
