Professional Ladies Upliftment & Mentorship (PLUM) is a voluntary association established by women passionate about empowering entry level ladies in business through mentorship, community and networking. PLUM aims to transform lives and accelerate professional success through one on one mentorship, hosting workshops and panel discussions, sharing of skills, building relationships and instilling drive and self-worth. There is a responsibility we bear as female leaders to not only make room where we are but to open new doors for younger women to walk through. There is no single story to being a pioneer of industry or a leader in any field, but we can pave the way for future women leaders. While women need mentorship, what they need even more, is someone to say their names in the rooms they are not, to connect them with someone who can open more doors of opportunity. Working together, mentorship and sponsorship are the biggest catalysts to change for the young female professional.
