PLI is a private investment firm focused on forming, launching, and partnering with new HoldCos and Serial Acquisition Platforms. We invest off of our balance sheet and on behalf of/with a small group of partners. We believe in investment appropriate holding periods, with a preference for forever. Think Big, Start Small, Move Fast. We exist to accelerate and tilt the odds of our partners' success. We are sector agnostic, geography agnostic, and look for niche, non-cyclical, fragmented markets with recurring or reoccuring revenue.
