Pledjar is the digital replacement to the traditional charity check-out tin. By integrating Open Banking with the charity sector, the mobile app allows users to round-up card transactions and donate the 'spare change' to charities of their choice. In addition to round-ups, users can make one-off donations too. Charities benefit from a back end portal to understand their donors better, as well as retrieve data required to submit Gift Aid applications. As society becomes increasingly cashless, Pledjar helps charities to engage with donors better, whilst utilising the benefits modern day technology offers.
