A donor-advised fund allows for an immediate tax deduction and the ability to regrant funds over time. The donor can contribute donations to Pledgeling Foundation to hold in a separate fund, receive an immediate receipt for tax-deductible purposes, and then recommend beneficiary organizations over an extended period of time. You can donate to any cause and nonprofit organizations of your choice throughout the year, but with all of your receipts for tax-deductible purposes in one place. By donating through Pledgeling Foundation, you also receive the immediate tax advantages with more time to advise on how and when your donation should be disbursed to your favorite causes. Pledgeling Foundation receives donations from 90+ countries and regrants them to 2MM+ qualified, tax-exempt, U.S.-registered nonprofit organizations, as well as vetted and verified international charities. Our multi-layered verification process for organizations and intended recipients of funds includes a proprietary process to detect and prevent fraudulent behavior. Using industry leading security, Pledgeling Foundation collects funds through a variety of online and mobile-first donation tools powered by Pledgeling Technologies. The funds are then regranted on a monthly basis to the designated nonprofit recipients. Authorized representatives of the nonprofits can access real-time donation and donor data in the Pledgeling Impact Hub. Pledgeling Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is separate and independent from Pledgeling Technologies, a platform that enables donations through businesses and individuals to causes they care about.
