GPS manufactures patented air purification systems using needlepoint bi-polar ionization. The technology kills mold, bacteria, virus and controls odors and allergens in the space being served by the cooling and heating units. The technology does not require replacement parts and little to no maintenance. The newest use for the GPS-IBAR technology is for cooling coil cleaning and elimination of UV lamps! GPS also focuses on energy and first cost savings of new and retrofit projects through the use of the Indoor Air Quality Procedure in ASHRAE Standard 62. Utilizing GPS'​ technology may allow a reduction in outside air in new and retrofit applications by up to 75%, while still meeting ASHRAE Standards and the International Mechanical Code.
