From April 2002 till October 2006 PLAYBACK was published as a monthly magazine. The 12-page black and white publication grew rapidly over its lifetime to a 72-page glossy monthly. While it was on the verge of going national, the publishers decided to concentrate on its online operations. The website, also started in 2002 continues to attract thousands of visitors on a monthly basis. Currently it works with dozens of writers to cover the latest in music, movies, theatre and comic books.
