Play It! Workshops Information

What we do? We organize Music Wellness Classes for people working in different environments. What’s different about us? In our classes you will play music from start to finish, using your voice, your body and musical instruments. The best thing is that you don’t need to move the whole team to a different location because we go to your workplace! Why music? Playing music involves the motor system, memory, attention and emotions. Our classes are designed to challenge your team in areas completely out of their usual scope, setting the creativity cogs in motion, to discover and develop new skills that can then transition into their work. Why team building matters? Team building activities can foster team success in the workplace. An external facilitation, by an experienced person, can give your team building a boost, turning a group of individual contributing employees into a cohesive team. The resulting bonds will enable them to accomplish the work and goals of your organization more effectively than a non-bonded group.
