In 1986, Harpoon co- founders Rich Doyle and Dan Kenary began brewing Harpoon in Boston to share with others the joy of making—and drinking—great beer. In 2000, we added a second brewery in Windsor, VT to keep up with the demand. We are passionate about our company and our beer, and we work each day together to create great beer drinking experiences. This passion has resulted in many changes throughout the years including our most recent announcement in August of 2014 to become an employee owned company. Though many things have changed since the early days of Harpoon, most things have stayed the same. We still love brewing beer and find that we enjoy it more when shared with friends. Harpoon has over 300 employees who understand that making great beer fun can be more challenging – and more rewarding - than it seems. We do things a bit differently here; different from other companies in general and different from most of our fellow brewers. Different in this case does not mean more complex or harder to understand. Because we also believe in being simple and straightforward. We have a very short list of ‘philosophies’ that underline how we run our business: • Treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. • Work like an owner and think like a customer. • Make great beer and revel in it or as we say to the rest of the world: Love Beer. As one of the few remaining great American regional breweries, the Matt Brewing Company has prospered at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Central New York for over a century. Today, under the leadership of Fred Matt, fourth generation of the Matt Family, the Brewery has earned the reputation as one of the most respected specialty brewers in the country. FX Matt Brewery is home to Saranac Beers, Saranac 1888 Sodas, Utica Club, and Flying Dog Brands. We welcome contract brewing and co-packing partners and inquiries.

With the opening of our Tempe brewpub in 1996, we began our venture into the restaurant and brewing industry in Tempe, Arizona. Four Peaks Brewing Company is credited with restoring our historic original location which once held the old Borden’s Creamery and Ice House, one of Tempe’s oldest brick buildings. Located East of Arizona State University on 8th Street, this beautiful turn of the century warehouse is now listed with the National Historical Society. Originally constructed in 1892, it has had a number of additions and renovations through 1927. Since then the building has not changed its Mission Revival style architecture and still sets the mood for the Brewery’s atmosphere. Who picks a 100 year old building to house a restaurant and brewery? Co-founders, Jim Scussel, Andrew Ingram, Randy Schultz, and Arthur Craft all had an important role in making us who we are today. Through our efforts the Four Peaks Brewing Company has grown into Arizona’s largest microbrewery. You can find a Four Peaks beer about anywhere in the state. We opened our Wilson Tap Room and Distribution Center in Tempe in 2012 and our new Sky Harbor Airport location in the fall of 2013. In December 2015, we announced new ownership and are proud to be a part of the Brewer's Collective craft beer division of Anheuser-Busch. To enrich the community by constantly pursuing great beer and good times. At Four Peaks Brewing Co., that’s what we’re about. We believe the history of beer is not only delicious, but fascinating and want to share it with the world. We also believe balance is just as important in work and life as it is in beer. The community, our people, and the town where we created a beer culture is what we take pride in. We have gratitude for our roots and the people who helped make us who we are.
